PURPOSE OF POSITION职位目的To recruit new staff as well as select colleagues for the Hotel in line with the Hotel’s recruitment strategy.根据酒店招聘策略为酒店招聘和筛选人才。 KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES主要职能及责任·Administer internal vacancies on internal notice board; update vacancy tracking sheets在内部布告栏上张贴内部空缺职位;定期更新职位空缺表·Provide staffing solutions to maintain staffing levels为维持人员配备提供解决人员问题的办法·Advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection为经理提供最好的招聘及筛选办法·Ensure a positive experience for candidates applying to the Hotel确保为应聘者留下正面积极的经历·Represent and advertise the Hotel as a fist choice employer at any time随时都推广酒店作为首选雇主·Advertise and manage vacancies on the applicant tracking system per Raffles standards根据莱佛士标准管理在职位申请系统上的职位空缺·Create recruitment advertising per Raffles guidelines根据莱佛士标准制定招聘广告·Screen and shortlist candidates; interview candidates for specific vacancies and on a general basis to create a pool of available candidates when needed筛选出求职者;根据具体空缺对求职者进行面试,并建立可用人才库·Correspond verbally & in writing with candidates for interview invites & follow-up口头或者书面回应和跟进求职者的职位申请,发出面试邀请·Prepare all recruitment material and informational packets, e.g. brochures准备所有招聘所需材料和信息册,如:宣传册·Proactively address vacancies with regard to interviewing and selection, including liaison with relevant departments对于职位空缺,主动联系求职者进行筛选面试,包括与相关部门进行协调联络·Provide professional support & advise on recruitment to line and department managers为相关部门经理提供专业的招聘支持和建议·Devise, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities制定、实施和评估包括面试、智力测试、性格测试和其他分组活动在内的筛选流程·Check references on pre-selected candidates at all levels according to Raffles policies根据莱佛士政策对所有级别的员工在录用前进行背景调查·Advise on and organise recruitment trips, ensuring cultural diversity为保证文化差异,开展和组织异地招聘·Source and meet new recruitment consultancies and other suppliers寻找并联系新招聘顾问和其他招聘机构·Attend networking events and trade shows参加招聘会或其他相关活动·Follow industry trends and collect new information to ensure the Hotel stays competitive as an employer跟随行业导向,收集新信息来确保酒店作为雇主在行业中保持竞争力·Maintain filing system for departmental documents, e.g. recruitment report and statistics管理存档系统保存部门文件,如:招聘数据和报告·Update manning guide daily每天更新人员配置表格·Organise flights, accommodation, transportation and meeting agenda for applicable interview candidates为参加面试的某些合适求职者安排机票、住宿、交通和面试日程·Prepare job descriptions and person specifications准备职位描述和任职要求·Handle recruitment fees and advertising invoices; ensure timely payment处理招聘费及广告费相关票据,保证及时付款·Ensure all departmental expenses are under control and in line with budget确保所有部门开销都有所控制并在预算内·Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes随时参照最新招聘相关法律法规,并确保部门经理都对改变有所了解·Handle confidential matter and information with the appropriate level of sensitivity对机密时间和信息做出相应机密性和敏感度处理·Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, security, safety and fire regulations确保遵守所有健康、卫生安保和消防规定·Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Director of Human Resources根据人力资源总监要求完成其他职责或特殊项目 PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES个人特质·Excellent written and verbal communication skills优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧·Ability to communicate with colleagues and management at all levels能与酒店所有层面员工进行沟通·Must have the ability to plan and organise tasks and meet deadlines必须有能力计划和组织任务,并能在规定时间内完成·Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships能建立和维护有效的工作关系·Ability to carry out training on recruitment and selection能开展招聘和筛选的培训·Forward-thinking approach; revising the recruitment process with initiative有超前意识;可以提前修改招聘流程 QUALIFICATIONS学历要求·Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent人力资源或相关专业 EXPERIENCE经验要求·Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity ideally with a 5 star hotel至少3年类似工作经验,有五星级酒店工作经验者为佳
