KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Book tickets for all new colleague arrivals and departing colleagues
为所有新入职及离职员工定票
· Issue contracts to all new colleagues
为新员工发放合同
· Complete the colleague turnover report on a monthly basis
每月更新员工离职率报告
· Collate all exit interview feedback and produce the monthly report.
核对所有离职面谈反馈,并形成月度报表
· Provide recruitment updates to all Management as and when applicable
适时为所有管理层提供最新招聘信息
· Organise the monthly colleague committee meeting and take meeting minutes
组织月度员工委员会会议,并做好会议纪要
· Issue promotion/salary increase letters to colleagues
为员工发放升职/加薪确信函
· Issue letters and book exit interviews for all colleagues who have resigned and ensure that the clearance process is completed and final payment is organized
为所有提出离职员工发放离职表格并约定离职面谈时间,确保离职结算的完成以及最后结款的发放
· Process all colleague status changes and register profiles for new starters and leavers for the monthly payroll
负责更改所有员工状态,登记新入职或离职员工,为月度工资结算做准备
· Assist with interviews and reference checks for level 1 positions
协助进行一级员工的面试和背景调查
· Responsible for producing the monthly colleague newsletter
负责制作月度员工期刊
· Updating and tracking annual and probation period appraisals
跟进试用期评估和年度评估
· Assist colleagues with all HR related queries and questions
解答员工关于人力资源的相关问题
· Creating and deleting email access for new starters and leavers
为入离职员工创建或删除邮箱帐户
· Display the Pathfinder job postings as and when received from Brand Office
收到集团的内部职位信息时及时张贴出去
· Responsible for updating the manning guide

QUALIFICATIONS
学历要求
· Post-secondary school education

经验要求
· Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable within a 5 star hotel
有五星级酒店人力资源或相同类型工作经验者为佳
