Minimum 3 years of security experience in hotels or commercial properties, including at least 1 year in a security supervisor or captain role. 2、持证要求：持有保安员证、消防设施操作员证（初级/中级）或建（构）筑物消防员证，退伍军人优先。 Valid security guard license and fire facility operator certificate (basic/intermediate) or structural firefighter certificate. Responsible for the duties and activities of Security Officers and Guards during the shift and to ensure established position procedures, patrols and frequencies are followed. 熟悉部门的各哨位的工作程序，负责指导、督促检查防损员当值的工作情况，巡查酒店内外区域，并及时处理酒店内发生的各种事件。

【岗位职责】 1、消防监控系统值守：24小时值守消防报警主机，接收、确认、处理火警信号，按照应急预案启动联动设备，并立即通知保安巡逻岗及工程部到场核实。 2、安防监控系统管理：操作闭路电视监控系统，实时观察酒店大堂、电梯、通道、停车场及外围等重点区域，发现可疑人员或异常情况及时记录并通知巡逻岗处理；按规定调取、回放及存储监控录像。 3、报警及故障处理：对消防主机产生的故障报警、误报信号进行现场核实并复位；记录设备故障信息，协助工程部进行维修跟进；对无法排除的故障及时上报主管。 4、值班记录与交接：规范填写《消防控制室值班记录表》、《监控调取登记表》及交接班日志，确保所有事件时间、地点、处理结果清晰可追溯。 【岗位要求】 1、高中或中专及以上学历。 2、2年以上酒店、大型物业或消防重点单位消控室值班经验，有五星级酒店同岗经验者优先。 3、熟练操作火灾自动报警系统、联动控制设备及气体灭火系统；掌握监控系统及巡更系统操作；能独立处理火警信号及故障报修；熟悉消防水系统、防排烟系统及应急广播的操作流程；能规范填写各类值班记录表格。 4、具备高度责任心与警觉性；能冷静应对突发火警、设备故障及误报事件，按预案快速处置；具备良好的沟通协调能力；能适应独立值守夜班的工作模式；具备基础文字能力。 5、仪容整洁，无夸张染发，不留长指甲；值守时保持坐姿端正、专注，不做与工作无关之事。 6、必须持有中级（四级）及以上消防设施操作员证；能适应12小时两班倒（含夜班）及周末、节假日轮班。
