1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、负责设备日常运行，检修维护管理，每日巡视。 5、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 6、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 7、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 【岗位要求】 1、对酒店工程相关专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 2、身体健康，精力充沛。 3、有酒店或物业工程经验优先。

1.对酒店所有木器家具的维修、保养。 2.对酒店墙纸、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修，为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。 3.负责酒店贴面维修保养和更新。 4.巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题时请示汇报。 5.维修完毕后清理现场。

1.负责酒店各类设施设备的日常维护与保养工作。 2及时响应并处理各部门报修任务，确保维修质量与效率。 3.定期检查水电、空调、消防等系统运行状态并记录。 4.协助完成设备突发故障的应急抢修工作。 5.严格执行安全操作规程，做好维修工具管理。 6.要求持有电工证、机械类等技能证书，或在三星酒店工作满3年的装饰工(包括油漆、木器、泥瓦)。
