Ensure that staffs follow the hygiene and sanitation procedures when handling food / equipment / utensils.
3. 厨房内的清洁卫生 。
The cleaning of an hygienic kitchen.
4. 员工餐厅及设备的清洁。
Engages in the cleaning of staff canteen and equipment.
5. 确保设备正常使用和清洁,以延长设备使用寿命,防止损害。
Ensure proper use and cleaning of equipment in order to prolong the use and prevent damage.
6. 节约纸张,食品,和水电的用量。
Practice economy where food, paper supplies, electricity and water are concerned.
7. 严格控制食品的分量和浪费,确保食品毛利。
Maintain strict control on food portioning and wastage, ensuring gross food.
Assists in providing food with qualified sanitation, hygiene and variety.
协助员餐厨师长,为员工提供健康/卫生/多种花样的食品。
Assists in making progress on task according to employee suggestion and opinion.

Cuts various meats and vegetables as per established specification.
根据不同的要求,切配各种肉类和蔬菜。
Cooks foodstuff according to the menu and recipe.
根据菜单烹制食品。
Collects supplies from stores and keeps records and accounts.
从仓库领取原料并保存好记录。
Organises the storage of dry goods and vegetables.
组织干货及蔬菜的储存。
Strictly adheres to food apportionment policy to effectively control costs.
严格执行食品分摊政策以控制成本。
Strictly adheres to the methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
严格遵照食品准备及制作方法、分量和装饰的要求,以确保食物是按预先设计而制作的。
Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and strictly adheres to the Hotel Hygiene policy.
保持厨房的干净整洁及严格遵守酒店的卫生标准。
· Prepare raw food
and seasoning with canteen commis.
与大使餐厅厨师一起准备配料及烹饪食材。
· Make sure the
supply of food and ensure the quantity and quality.
确保餐厅食物的供应,保证食物的数量和质量。
· Ensure cleanliness
and maintenance of cold rooms, work areas and equipment.
确保冷房,工作区域和设施设备的清洁和维护工作。
· Ensure the warmly
attitude and rationalization when serves the meal, analyzes talent’s opinion
forwardly and brings improved advice to Canteen Chef and Supervisor.
确保打菜时,服务热情,分配合理,并可主动分析人才的意见,向人才餐厅厨师长或主管提出改进意见。
· Assists Cost
Control and calculate cost of food.
协助成本核算做好和计算食品成本工作。
· Performs other
duties that may be required by his superiors.
