岗位职责： 负责酒店出入口的人员、车辆管控，核查访客身份，落实登记制度，保障酒店安全 开展酒店公共区域的定时巡逻，排查安全隐患，及时处理异常情况 为抵店宾客提供迎送服务，协助搬运行李，引导车辆停放 解答宾客咨询，为宾客指引酒店区域、提供周边信息咨询服务 监督酒店消防设施、器材的状态，发现异常及时上报或处理 协助处理酒店突发状况，如纠纷、意外事件，维持现场秩序 负责酒店重要宾客、团队的迎送接待，落实专属引导服务 保管并合理使用安保装备、礼宾工具，做好物品的交接与归位 配合酒店大型活动的秩序维护与宾客引导工作 记录值班期间的工作情况，做好交接班的信息对接 素质要求： 1.男，30岁以内，身体健康，热爱本职工作 2.具有安全、警卫管理工作经历者优先考虑 3.身高1.75米以上，形象好，精气神佳，退伍军人优先考虑

【岗位职责】 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 【岗位要求】 1、退伍军人优先。 2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
