Ensures the hygiene standard of Food and Beverage
production and service within the Hotel.
§ 与当地的卫生和健康机构紧密合作并协调与酒店和政府机构的相关事宜。
Works closely with the local Hygiene and Health
authorities/ agencies and coordinates with all related matters that involve the
Hotel and the authorities.
§ 把建议提供给管理层以确保环境卫生。
Provides advice to the Management to ensure the
environmental hygiene.
§ 协调并确保酒店内执行控制宠物的计划。
Coordinates and ensures the implementation of Pest
Control programme in the Hotel.
§ 与人力资源部紧密地合作,以确保所有的员工都参加身体检查并获得当地政府所要求的健康证。
Works closely with the Human Resources to ensure
all Associates attend the medical check and obtain the necessary Health Card as
required by the local authority.
§ 采取一切必要的行动以确保酒店通过卫生检查并成功获取酒店的卫生执照。
Takes all necessary actions to ensure the Hotel
passes the Hygiene inspection and successfully obtains the necessary Hygiene
License for the Hotel.
§ 在酒店内定期做卫生检查。
Conducts Hygiene inspection within the Hotel on a
regular basis.
§ 协调并协助人力资源部在需要的时候做好献血活动。
Coordinates and assists the Human Resources in Blood
Donation activities when necessary.
§ 完全按照并严格执行酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
To have a complete understanding and strictly
adheres to the Hotel Policies & Procedures related to Fire, Hygiene, Health
and Safety.
§ 协助进修发展部做好与健康、卫生有关的培训。
Assists the Learning department in all training
activities related to Health and Hygiene.

Focuses attention on improving productivity levels
and the need to prudently manage utility/ payroll costs within acceptable
guidelines, ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.

Ensures services provided are always available and
are always carried out to defined standards with the utmost efficiency,
consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operations Manual.
§ 按要求出席所有的会议并对会议作出贡献。
Attends and contributes to all Meetings as
required.

Ensures all Associates provide courteous and professional
service at all times.

Handles guest and Associate enquiries in a
courteous and efficient manner.

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in Associate
and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules &
Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies
concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

Is actively involved in the welfare, safety,
development and well-being of Associates providing advice, counselling and
truthful, diplomatic feedback.

& grooming.
§ 与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions
with good working relationships.
§ 确保员工按时参加所有的核心培训和相关技能的培训。
Schedules and ensures Associates attend all Core
training and related skills training.
§ 要及时更新当地环境的知识,例如:这个城市中餐厅和商业中心的位置。
Has a sound updated knowledge of the local environment
such as restaurants and shopping areas within the city.
§ 要精通酒店的活动,餐饮多功能厅,餐厅,紧急的电话号码以及相应设施。
To be fully conversant with all activities within
the Hotel, Food and Beverage functions, restaurants, emergency telephone
numbers and facilities.

Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable
tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry
and company.
