As a Service Manager - Hygiene, we rely on you to
Complete responsibility for the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel.
To ensure all food served to guests and emloyees are free of microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.
More interaction with the stewarding manager in terms of follow up on cleanliness issues.
To vocally challenge non-complying colleagues in relation to the ownership and driving of the HACCP & SFSMS.
Enforce accountability of the related areas which are non-performing with non-compluing areas to present corrective action plans in monthly SFSMS meeting.
Ensure all the relevant documentations to be filed completely according to the requirements of local health authorities and food safety system.
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years working experience as a Hygiene Manager in a 5* hotel
Experience in handling food and hygiene standards of various types of kitchens / restaurants
Experience in conducting training / audit checks
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Displays initiative
Commitment to professional values
Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo
