PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 任职资格 1.年龄要求：22-45岁； 2.学历要求：具有中专以上或同等文化程度； 3.经验要求：有2年以上酒店采购管理经验或3年以上酒店物资采购管理工作经历；3年以上C照驾龄，1年以上开车经验； 4.知识要求：精通采购业务，熟悉仓库管理业务，能熟练操作电脑管理业务； 5.能力要求：掌握有关货源情况，了解市场行情，具有良好的沟通与谈判能力； 6.持证要求：持C1驾驶证优先； 7.其它要求：身体健康，精力充沛，思维敏捷，有高度的责任感和事业心，遵纪守法，廉洁奉公，保守业务机密。 岗位职责 1.审核年度采购计划、采购项目，审查各部门领用物资数量，合理控制，减少损耗； 2.全面主持大宗商品订购的业务洽谈； 3.督促仓库负责人把好进货的验收及质量关，保证物资供应和仓储正常； 4.按酒店计划完成各类物资采购及安全保管任务，尽可能在预算范围内做到节支降耗； 5.做好现在供应商的管理工作，不断开拓市场，寻找更有优势的供应商，不断提高公司产品价格竞争力； 6.负责领导外出办法的接着、物品拉运等工作； 7.负责采购合同/协议的起草、审核、签订工作； 8.主动学习最新食品安全法及交通法律法规，并传达给相应部门与人员； 9.协助需要帮忙的其它岗位工作，按时按质完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
