抓好送餐员的服务礼貌和工作纪律,要求讲礼貌用语和遵守公司的各项规章制度。
4.Timely deal with guest complaints and
work communication problems between associates, and reasonably mediate all
problems in the work.
及时处理客人投诉和员工之间的工作沟通问题,合理调解工作中的一切问题。
5.Check the operation of each region at any
time, make its work meet the standards, and conscientiously implement the

随时检查各区域的运作情况,使之各项工作达到标准,并在过程中认真执行部门奖罚条例,做到奖罚分明。

12.Carefully record the daily production
situation, as well as the situation of cooperation with the department, for abnormal

documents to the F&B manager.
