Responsible to Director of Food & Beverage.对餐饮部总监负责。 Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed including appropriate shoes (polished) and nametag at all times according to the hotels dress code & Kempinski grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.根据酒店着装规范和凯宾斯基仪容仪表标准,准时上班,保持干净整洁,熨烫整齐,包括合适的鞋子(擦亮)和名牌,时刻保持高标准的个人仪表和卫生。A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.始终提供礼貌、专业、高效的服务。All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet.所有的职责和任务都是按照餐厅的要求完成的。Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.熟悉酒店提供的所有服务和产品。Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.对所分配的部门提供的所有餐饮项目有全面的了解。Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.具备相关知识和理解能力,能够解释和销售所分配的部门提供的所有产品,并提供替代产品。Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.监控操作用品,设备,减少损耗。Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times. 确保工作场所和周围区域始终保持整洁有序。Successfully perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet成功完成所指定餐厅的开关门程序。Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.礼貌有效地处理客人的询问,并向主管汇报客人的投诉和反馈。Report guest complaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guest.立即向主管汇报客人的投诉,并确保跟进客人的投诉。Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.熟悉操作现有的POS系统,根据部门分配的培训职责水平。Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the hotel’s policy manual and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.理解并严格遵守酒店政策手册中的规章制度以及酒店的防火、卫生、健康和安全政策。Maintain a good rapport and work relation with staff in the assigned department and within the hotel.与所在部门及酒店员工保持良好的工作关系。Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel initiated trainings scheduled.参加并参与所有员工会议,部门培训和酒店组织的培训。Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Head of Food & Beverage承担餐饮总监交办的合理工作和次要职责。Respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the hotel management.根据酒店管理层的指示,对部门的任何变动做出反应。Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.协助执行产品和操作设备的定期库存。Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 履行分配的其他合理职责。Projecting at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control. 时刻保持积极向上的态度,锻炼自我控制能力。Ensure that food & beverage service is available for all hotel rooms & suites.确保所有酒店客房和套房都提供餐饮服务。Correct Service procedures as per the outlines standard of performance根据绩效标准的大纲,正确的服务流程Required reasonable command of local language and English. 熟练掌握当地语言和英语。

岗位职责1.具体负责承接宾客预订送餐工作。 2.认真做好宾客的送餐、收餐具工作。  3.听取宾客对房内用膳服务工作意见,并及时向主管汇报。4.与订餐员密切配合,保证宾客得到及时准确的房内用餐服务。 5.负责接受贵宾的水果通知单,并及时送上。6.负责整理房膳工作间,做到工作间清洁卫生。岗位要求1.有相关工作经历有限。2.具有一定的食品、酒水知识,清楚所供菜肴的一般烹制方法及其他服务方法,掌握房内用膳服务规范和服务程序。3.有较强的推销能力和语言表达能力,口齿清楚,语言流畅掌握一门外语。4.热爱本职工作,工作勤勤恳恳,认真负责。5.身体健康,仪表端庄,精神饱满。

日常工作:1. 协助经理处理送餐部员工日常事务,计划并分配工作2. 为员工制定工作和发展目标3. 仪容仪表以及礼貌待客、提高微笑高质服务4. 完成上级交代的工作任务5. 负责部门日常培训月度工作:1. 负责OE盘点2. 负责月度考勤及离职考勤OT3. 负责培训计划与培训报告4. 协助经理发掘提高营收入的各种销售机会5. 协助餐厅经理与行政总厨共同制定菜单6. 制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度7. 确保食品库存安全等
