MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要 :
Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotel’s F&B operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, where applicable. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. As a member of the Executive Committee, develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.

NOTICE 注意 :
The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift as business demands.

Profile of Competency
工作能力:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
获得工商管理、酒店与餐饮管理或相关专业认可的大学 2 年制学位;在餐饮服务与管理运营或相关专业领域有 4 年工作经验。
