Key Responsibilities
主要职责:
· Assists in managing the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage sections and informs the Director of Food and Beverage or designate, of any major decision taken which did not require his/her action and any other relevant information
协助处理餐饮部门的日常事物,通报餐饮总监或其代理不需要其处理的主要决定和其它相关信息。
· Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable)
监督和确保餐厅\宴会的正常运转.
· Attend the credit meeting of the hotel, and follow up the bills which discussed in the meeting.
代表本部出席酒店应收账会议,并更进所有账单.
· Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed
一贯保持酒店提供给客人安全卫生的食品酒水和优质的服务
· Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
经常征询客人对酒店服务及食品的反馈意见以确保顾客的满意度.
· Proper and tactful handling of verbal complaints from customers
正确且灵活处理客人投诉
· Ensure effective communication within sections appointed and with other divisions
确保与其他部门之间的有效沟通
· Conduct / attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required when necessary.
主持或出席餐饮部部门会议
· Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department
与工程部跟进所有部门工程维修,确保本部设施设备的维护.
· Ensure that staff are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures
确保员工知晓酒店相关消防安全条例和紧急措施.
· Monitor the F&B training
监督餐饮部培训.
· Participate in effective staff management (staff hiring / termination /overtime), with approval from division head
有效参与员工管理(雇佣/解雇/加班等)
· Enforce staff motivation and team building
加强员工的积极性和团队建设
· Observes staff individual performance / grooming / punctuality, and performs staff appraisals / disciplinary actions if required
检查员工个人仪表,工作表现,出勤.必要时为员工评估.
· Assist manager practice economy of food, beverage, paper supplies, electricity and water (practise recycling whenever possible)
协助经理开源节流(食品,酒水,纸张,水电)
· Clear understanding of the activities of direct competitors and seek for counter measures
明确竞争对手的营销活动,并寻求解决方法.

· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

Qualifications –
学历
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的学士学位或大专学历。
Experience –
经历
· 2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
Chinese food background preferred
