岗位定位 门店雪茄专业服务+水吧出品核心岗位，兼顾雪茄专业服务、咖啡饮品制作，是门店高端服务核心执行者。 核心岗位职责 （一）侍茄师核心职责 1. 熟练掌握雪茄产地、品类、养护、品鉴、搭配知识，为客户提供专业雪茄介绍、推荐、剪茄、点茄等专属服务； ​ 2. 负责雪茄养护、存放管理，定期检查雪茄湿度、温度，保障雪茄品质，做好雪茄库存核对； ​ 3. 引导客户雪茄品吸规范，维护品吸区卫生、氛围，传递专业雪茄文化； ​ 4. 解答客户雪茄相关咨询，维护雪茄消费客户，提升客户体验。 （二）咖啡师兼岗职责 1. 负责咖啡、各类饮品、果盘的制作，把控出品品质、口感与颜值，契合门店高端定位； ​ 2. 负责水吧区域卫生、设备清洁保养，咖啡豆、饮品耗材的储存、领用与盘点； ​ 3. 配合客流高峰，高效完成水吧出品，与前厅、厨房做好协同。 （三）通用职责 1. 负责分管区域环境卫生、物品摆放，维护门店高端环境； ​ 2. 遵守门店考勤、服务礼仪规范，配合店长管理与工作调配； ​ 3. 协助完成门店其他服务、运营工作。
