【岗位职责】Responsibilities
1.According to the business situation, the waiter is assigned work tasks to ensure that quality service is provided.

2.Timely feedback to the manager and head chef on the customer's information on food and service, understand the customer's situation, and personally serve the important guests.
及时向经理和厨师长反馈客人对食品,服务方面的信息、了解客情,亲自为重要客人服务。
3.Properly handle problems and guest opinions that occur in the restaurant, and report to the manager in a timely manner.
妥善处理餐厅里发生的问题和客人的意见,并及时向经理汇报。
4.Conduct regular inspections, inventory of the restaurant's equipment, utensils, linen and other items, and report the results to the manager.
定期检查,清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品,并将结果汇报给经理。
5.Supervise and urge the waiters to do a good job in restaurant safety and cleanliness to ensure that they meet the standards stipulated by the hotel.
督促服务员做好餐厅安全和清洁卫生工作,保证达到饭店规定的标准。
【职位要求】Job Specs
1.Have more than 2 years of work experience in the same position, and provide customer service in standard Mandarin.
有同岗位工作经验2年以上,标准普通话进行对客服务。
2.Have a certain knowledge of dishes, food, wine, etc.
有一定的菜肴、食品、酒水等方面的知识。
3.Have certain organizational and management skills, with proficient Chinese or Western food service skills.
有一定的组织和管理能力,具有熟练的中餐或西餐服务技能。
4.Love your work, work diligently, conscientiously and responsibly.
