岗位职责/Job Responsibilities-  在日常工作中协助客房部行政管家对酒店、办公室,花房进行监督。    Assist .  Executive  Housekeeper  in  the  day  to  day  operation  of  all  public  areas  both  hotel  and  office.-  在行政管家的协助下修定每日工作报告。   Revises  daily  work  schedules  with  Executive Housekeeper.-  与行政管家一起预备年度培训计划。    Prepares  yearly  training  plan  in  conjunction  with  Executive  Housekeeper.-  组织每日、每周、每季度、每月的清洁工作表。    Organizes  daily, weekly, quarterly   and  monthly  master  cleaning  schedules.-  确保所有的办公室、漱洗间、员工宿舍、更衣柜、停车场、花园处于最佳状态。    Ensures all  offices, washrooms, dormitory, staff  lockers, car  park, gardens  are  kept  in good  condition.-  确保酒店与办公室无虫害。    Responsible  for  pest  control  in  both  hotel  and  office .-  确保酒店与房间内窗户清洁。    Responsible  for  in  house  window  cleaning.岗位要求/Job Requirements-  5年以上五星级酒店相关工作经验。    Previous similar experience in 5-star hotel over 5 years.-  良好的管理能力及沟通能力。    Good communication and Management.-  良好的中英文口语和书面交流能力。    Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.-  具有解决问题和组织能力。    Problem solving and organizational abilities.-  温馨提示:投递简历时请务必附上近期证件照。   Kindly remind: Please attached your latest photo on your CV when you apply for us.
