Assist to make hotel annual training plan and monthly training plan
协助制定酒店年度培训计划和月度培训计划。
Responsible for the implementation, organization and coordination of hotel annual and monthly training plans
负责酒店年度、月度培训计划的实施、组织与协调工作。
Feedback the results of hotel training to Training Manager on schedule
按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
Communicate with relevant department and person to get assistance for training
与相关部门及人员进行沟通,取得培训工作所需的协助。
Deep in the department, fully understand the training needs of the department, put forward feasible training suggestions
深入部门,了解部门培训需求,提出可行性教学建议。
Assist Training Manager in teaching various training projects
协助培训经理做好各种培训项目的授课工作。
岗位要求:
2 years above relevant experience in hospitality or training industry
2年以上酒店行业同等职位或者培训行业相关经验
Familiar with job training procedures
熟悉岗位培训工作程序
Understand the service specification and quality standard of hotel associate
了解酒店员工的服务规范和质量标准要求
Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing
良好的英文听说读写能力
Master the method of audio-visual education, be able to take class independently
掌握电化教育的方法,能够独立进行授课
Fluent communication and writing skill
较强的沟通和文字综合能力
