Knowledgeable about all events andinformation of the immediate and surrounding area, while maintaining a libraryof relevant information.熟知酒店周边区域所有各项活动和信息,并实时更新的信息资料库。

Ensure the efficient and prompt handling anddelivery of all messages, facsimiles and parcels throughout the hotel.确保酒店内所有信件、传真和包裹都能被有效并及时的处理和交付。

Coordinates all transportationrequirements for the guests and other operation departments whenever needed.协调客人和其他营运部门对交通工具的需求。

Management of work safety and guest information data safety.保证工作安全和客人信息安全。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历
Minimum one (1) years relevantexperience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand
在知名国际酒店内从事至少一年类似岗位的经验
Good oral and written skills in Mandarin and English
