1.协助西厨房厨师长负责厨房的运作,承担起厨师长赋予的工作职责。
Responsible for Western Kitchen related work and assist the Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
2.控制好产品的质量和数量。
Control product quality and quantity.
3.控制厨房的成本,确保厨房的有效运行。
Control the cost of the kitchen to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen.
4.监督并保持厨房的卫生及食品安全。
Supervise and maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety.
5.负责厨房员工的培训。
Responsible for the training of kitchen staff.
岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.中专以上学历,有在星级酒店工作经验2年以上。
Technical secondary school degree or above, at least 2 years experience in hotel.
2.熟悉星级酒店厨房操作的相关知识。
Familiar with kitchen operation of hotel.
3.熟练西餐制作工艺。
Familiar with western food.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing dough, baked goods, baked goods
• Kitchen and food safety training
• Other works overnight or in early morning hours
Requirements:
• Culinary background with a focus on pastry/desserts and baking.
• A minimum of 5 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef Experience knowledge and experience in all roles of the kitchen
• Experience in fine dining restaurant, 5-star luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant preferred
• Time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team leadership skills
• A good team player and able to perform well under pressure
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for pantry organization
• Prepares food in the kitchen
• Cleans, cuts, stores, and otherwise prepares food for cooking
• Receives directions from chef, cook
Requirements:
• Culinary college school or above education background
• Working experience in kitchen for 1 year
• Basic food handling and culinary skills
• Faster learner and passionate about cuisine and hospitality
• Able to closely follow direction
• A good team player and able to perform well under pressure
