职位描述： 1、负责酒店的库存物资的成本核算与控制，定期与有关帐目进行核对。 2、对每一种食品菜肴按消耗量编出成本计算单，为制定销售价格提供依据。 3、做好餐饮部和厨房的业务沟通，对酒店饮食管理控制系统提出提出改进意见。 4、定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析，更有效地控制进价。 5、对仓库、收货部进行工作检查，严格各种物品、食品、饮料的购入、验收、入库、出库等有关手续和标准。 6、减少库存积压，配合库房每月汇总库存物资积压表，尽量利用库存积压物资以减低成本。 岗位要求： 1、财务、会计等相关专业大专以上学历。 2．具有一定的管理、 沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识。 3、熟练掌握酒店会计的基理论及实际工作方面的知识。 4、基本了解酒店所需各种物品的名称、型号规格、单价、用途和产地。 5、了解同类产品不同供应商提供物资质量及价格差别。 6．熟悉酒店成本控制的方法，了解酒店物资消耗的基本情况

岗位职责： 1.全面负费酒店对外款项的核算及结算工作。 2.编制每月酒店应付款项的支付计划，送财务经理审核，财务总监审批，合理安排酒店经 营活动的资金使用。 3.协同成本主管对酒店成本部分的数据进行核对，确保成本核算的准确性 4.按照经批准的采购计划，核对计划的执行情况 5.建立及维护酒店供应商及承包商的交易记录，跟进来完成的结算款项 6.负责审核付款单据，确保支付款项的合理性及准确性。 7. 负责编制的酒店应付款支付计划，报总账会计审核，并对计划的准确性负责. 完成上级安排的其他工作。 岗位要求： 1.有财务部门工作经验。 2.在酒店应付工作经验。 3.良好的表达能力。

1.统筹财务部日常管理及团队建设，提升团队专业度。 2.确保部门会计核算合法、合规并及时地完成。 3.负责公司税务管理，确保公司正确、规范履行各项纳税义务并充分利用税收政策以取得更多的税后收益。 4.负责公司全面的资金管理，保证资金安全。 5.负责编制月、季、年度财务报告；编制经营分析报告，以便为经营决策提供数据支持；为各部门提供财务顾问服务，提高经营效率效果，协助公司完成年度经营目标。 6.完成财务部的其他工作，与各部门同事保持良好沟通。 任职要求： 1.大专及以上学历，持有中级会计职称。 2.具有良好的职业道德及职业操守，责任心强，工作态度严谨。 3.熟悉并能较好的运用国家有关财经政策和法规，具有现代企业财务管理理论和实际运作管理经验。 4.具有良好的计划、组织、协调能力和控制能力。 5.具有良好的语言、文字表达能力。

岗位职责： 1.审核酒店政策的执行情况，包括各项价格政策、权限控制等，每月出具审计报告 2.每日与总出纳核对各种收款金额是否一致 3.每日制作收入凭证，根据收入报告录入财务系统 4.对会员消费进行核销，每月核对会员储值卡余额，为会员发送对账单。 5.向财务经理汇报并沟通所有与客户帐户和挂账有关的收款事宜 6.与相关部门合作，协調和交流有关信贷发放的相关事宜，跟进欠款帐目并协助处理信贷申请 7.领导安排的其它工作； 资格要求： 1.大学本科以上或同等学历毕业； 2.必须具备3年以上相关工作经验； 3.具有良好的外表、和开朗的性格；愿意学习新事物 4.具有较强的管理能力、及良好的人际关系
