JOB RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1. Directs the event operations team to ensure successful execution of hotel events
直接管理宴会统筹部门并进行以确保成功地执行酒店的宴会活动;
2.Ensures products and services delivered by Event Operations meet or exceed guest expectations
确保产品和服务的交付由宴会统筹部门达到或超过客户的期望;
3. Manages the daily operation of Event Operations to achieve or exceed budget expectations
管理宴会统筹日常运作的行动,以达到或超越财务预算的期望。
JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1.College degree or above, good image and temperament, marketing major is preferred.
大专学历以上,形象、气质佳,营销专业优先;
2.Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties on behalf of the hotel.
具有代表酒店与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
3.Have the ability to solve problems, reason, call and organize.
具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织的能力。
4.Experience in hosting large-scale conferences and events.
有接待大型会议、活动的经验。
