Once you’ve had a taste of all these different functions, it’s time to
choose an area you’d like to specialise in. We’ll put together a 4-6 months
supervisory-level programme for you where you’ll get to dive deeper into the
functional area of your choice.Phase 3阶段3 – Performing

Everything you’ve done in the programme to this point has been about setting
you up for success. In the final phase, you’ll get the chance to work as a
leader in your specialist department and you’ll experience what life after
completing the IHG Future Leaders programme will be like. You’ll also commit to
a project that you’ll own and drive during your 4-6 months with the

最后阶段的管理岗位实际操练 岗位要求:1. 2016、2017届毕业生,要求大专及以上学历;2. 半年以上酒店实习工作经历者优先考虑;2. 旅游管理、酒店管理、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业;3.
良好的团队意识和服务意识,沟通表达能力强,热爱酒店行业;4. 英语听说表达能力良好。
