岗位职责
1. Manages the Food & Beverage office, assist in coordinating time and schedules of Director of Food & Beverage.
管理餐饮部办公室,协助协调餐饮总监的时间及议程安排
2. Assist Director of Food & Beverage in preparing job descriptions, standard operating procedures, performance standards of various sections of the department.
协助餐饮总监准备部门内各分部的工作岗位职责描述、标准操作流程、行为准则标准
3. Coordinate with Food & Beverage section heads on work coordination with Director of Food & Beverage.
协调各餐饮部经理与餐饮总监之前的沟通
4. Assist and facilitate communication from Director of Food & Beverage and all Food & Beverage Food Production team members, through accurate and precise translations.
通过准确精确的翻译来协助餐饮总监与各餐饮部员工的沟通
1. Distribute all official correspondences e.g. faxes, letters, memos directed from Food & Beverage department to the others departments
负责分发所有餐饮部发给其他部门的官方文件,如传真、信函、备忘录等
2. Distribute all relevant documentations and information within the departments units
在部门内部分发所有相关的文件和信息
3. Assist Director of Food & Beverage in implementing standards operating procedures in the department
协助餐饮总监实施标准操作流程
4. Assist Director of Food & Beverage in drafting memos, letter, SOP formats, schedules, calendars, menu formats and all relevant documentation
协助餐饮总监起草备忘录、信函、标准操作程序格式、日程表、日历、菜单格式及所有相关文件
5. Assist in answering phone calls following kempinski standards and taking messages for Director of Food & Beverage in his absence
按照凯宾斯基标准来协助接听电话,并在餐饮总监不在时,为他记录留言
6. Prepare monthly Food & Beverage production reports, section manager’s report, prepare minutes meeting whenever necessary
准备月度餐饮部生产报表、分部经理报告及会议记录
7. Assist Director of Food & Beverage in organizing schedules, rosters, event calendars and related distribution of the same documentation.
协助餐饮总监安排时间表、执勤表、事件日历,并分发这些文件
8. Ensures that all in coming and out going minutes, documents, invoices, receipts, faxes, memo, etc. are properly filed and referenced for audit and control purposes.
确保所有收到和发出的文件、发票、收据、传真、备忘录等都以妥善存档,以备审查及控制
9. Be responsible for stock of the paper and office supplies for Director of Food & Beverage office and maintain appropriate reordering level
负责餐饮总监办公室办公用品的储存及适当的重新订购
10. Assist in organizing daily routine for Director of Food & Beverage, ensure that schedules and appointments noted down are confirm, follow up and fulfilled.
协助餐饮总监组织每日工作运转,确保日程安排及约会都已确认、跟进并落实
岗位要求
1. Good command of English for daily conversation, document translation, etc.
能够熟练的使用英语进行日常对话,翻译文件等
2. Proficient in office software such as excel and ppt
熟练使用excel,ppt等办公软件
3. Good writing skills and the ability to deal with problems.
有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力
