Duties & Responsibilities:

Support all hotel computer systems, include both software and hardware.
对酒店电脑系统(包括软件及硬件)给予支持。
To troubleshoot IT problems which arise during normal hotel operation.
对正常操作过程中出现的问题进行检修。
Assist in the monitoring of all related hotel systems and ensure proper operation and condition.
协助监测所有相关的酒店系统,确保正常运转和良好状况。
To co-ordinate and follow-up with the Service Providers to ensure that the IT problems that reported by the user departments are satisfactory resolved.
与运营服务商协调并跟进以确保所有电脑用户的问题得到圆满解决。
Conducts periodic tests and inspections to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures.
进行定期的测试和检查以确保所有部门符合规定的程序。
Required monitoring to ensure that periodic maintenance is properly carried out for all computer system.
对酒店电脑系统进行时时监控,确保定期维护。
Must have adequate IT knowledge of computer applications/software packages/programming languages.
必须具有丰富的关于电脑应用,软件包和程序语言的电脑知识。
To perform the daily procedural function (such as backup, re-indexing, etc) as per the assigned work schedules that determined by the IT Manager.

Administer the network environment.
管理网络环境。
Any other assignments that may request by the supervisor for time to time.
由上级随时安排其他的工作。
Qualification:
任职资格:
Minimum 2 years working experience in hotel related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
至少2年酒店相关工作经验,或同等学历与工作经验的结合。
Knowledgeable of Hotel personnel procedures & policies.
熟悉酒店财务政策与规定。
