岗位职责 1.制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件，经管理当局批准后保证贯彻执行。 2.审批所有采购申请单、定货单。 3.根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。 4.负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判，审查所有合同及其他业务和约的执行和落实。 5.负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。 6.积极开发货源，不断推荐新产品，扩大货品国产化，负责国外定货工作。 7.经常检查本部门执行经济、海关、检疫、卫生等法律法规情况，及时处理发现的问题。 岗位要求 1.具有经济类大专以上学历。 2.具有2年以上同岗位经验。 3.具有较好的英语基础 。 4.对采购程序，采购合同的订立比较精通。 5.具有较强的组织能力和沟通能力及管理能力。 6.有驾驶证。

PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 工作职责： 1、负责仓库整体工作事务及日常工作管理、筹划及进度控制，对现场各环节监督和协调； 2、负责制定并监督落实执行现场作业标准、流程规范，确保各项工作高效持续开展； 3、负责团队及人员的管理，合理调配人力资源，确保各项工作能顺利展开，现场管理的督导、6S推行、目标化管理执行； 4、对下属员工进行业务技能培训及KPI考核，提高员工素质和工作效率； 5、接受并完成上级交代的其它工作任务。 岗位要求： 1、大专及以上学历，物流或供应链类专业优先； 2、5年及以上仓储管理经验，管理类目食品优先； 3、熟悉仓储及物流作业流程，熟悉操作办公软件及ERP/WMS软件。

【岗位职责】 1、管理和控制采购系统和程序，不断的改进供应链的程序，从而确保产品和服务的外包成本低，并确保在酒店内遵循设定好的规范标准。 2、把运营预测转换成为物资需求计划，与各部门领导和管理层一起制定标准的存货和续订等级。 3、参与服务合同的谈判工作,确定并建立可靠的供应渠道。 4、获取有竞争性的报价和投标。 5、处理部门的采购要求，执行已批准的订单。 6、将定单录入存货系统，并按收到的货物为收货方生成采购订单。 7、监督酒店的印刷品供应商，确保物美价廉且能够按时交货。 8、和酒店行政总厨，餐饮总监一起确保完成市场调查报告。 【岗位要求】 5年以上相关工作经验，或具有与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
