3. 及时做好每周/每月报表。

compiles and distributes the weekly/ monthly reports in a timely manner.
4. 按照凯悦的标准记录并管理好遗留物品。
Record
and manage Lost and Found according to Hyatt Policy.
5. 遵守酒店钥匙控制制度,管理好客房部的所有钥匙,每月进行盘点并将差异报告给客房部经理或客房部副理。
Adhere to Hotel Key Control
Policy, manage Housekeeping keys, take inventory and report any discrepancy to
Housekeeping Manager/ Housekeeping Assistant Manager.
