Ensure that the maintenance of heating, ventilating, air condition and refrigeration system of the Hotel are carried out in accordance with standards engineering practices. 确保酒店的采暖、通风、空调和冷冻系统的维护保养工作符合工程操作标准。  Clean filters, evaporator coils and condenser coils in accordance with set schedules and practices provided for all AHU, FCU, reach-in, and walk-in coolers, window type, split-type airconditioner, refrigerators, display units, etc. 按照现定的时间表，清洁全部风柜、盘管风机、冰箱、冷柜和冷库以及窗式或分体式空调及展示柜的过滤器、蒸发器盘管和冷凝器盘管。  Ensure that all work orders for his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently and completely. 确保与其工种有关的工作单进行迅速、精确、精心、经济和有效率地工作。  Ensure good housekeeping and orderliness in his works on machines as needed. 保持工作区域干净和整洁。  Assist the follow workers in carrying out repair works on machines as needed. 帮助其他员工一起进行机器维修工作。  Record all services and maintenance work done on all              HVAC and refrigeration equipment in his logbook and         equipment record. 完成所有空调和冷冻设备的维修工作后，在工作日志和设备档案卡做好记录。 Immediately notify the Duty Engineer on duty of any unusual occurences or observation with respect to HVAC and refrigeration equipment and or personnel. 在所有空调和冷冻设备出现异常情况，立即汇报值班工程师。  When in doubt, consult the Duty Engineer on duty, GSTL or                the Director of Engineering. 当遇到问题时，可请教领班、值班工程师、副总工程师和工程总工程师。  Render overtime or changes time schedule as the situation                  may require without any delay. 当工作需要时，要加班或换班。 Make sure that all standard procedures of maintenance is adhered to. 依照标准维护保养程序进行维护。 Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Director of         Engineering. 执行工程总工程师指派的其它任务。 Responds to emergency calls and leads the emergency brigade in containing the situation. 接到紧急召唤后，带领应急小组去处理情况。

Repairs & maintenance 维修和保养 a) Operation Repairs &  Maintenance 操作维护修理   Ensure that the work specified on the work order within his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently and completely. 确保工作单上要求的工作能迅速、精确、精心、经济和有效率地工作。   Ensure good housekeeping and orderliness in his work area. 保持工作区域干净和整洁。   Ensure that substation area, electrical rooms, electrical panels are kept clean and orderly. 保持变电站、电控间、配电屏等干净和整洁。   Make sure that all works done or service on each and every electrical panel and control board are properly recorded on his logbook and on the equipment record card. 确保所有对配电屏和控制屏所进行的维护保养工作都记录在工作日志和设备档案卡。   When in doubt, consults the Duty Engineer on duty, SGSTL or the Director of Engineering. 当遇到问题时，可请教领班、值班工程师、副总工程师和工程总工程师。   Assist his fellow workers on other trades, not related to his own work, when necessary. 帮助其他员工一起进行维修工作。   Immediately notify the Duty Engineer on duty of any unusual occurences on any of the electrical lines, panels or controls 如任何电缆、电屏和控制器出现问题，就立即向值班工程师报告。   Make sure that all standard procedures of maintenance is             adhered to. 按照标准维护保养程序进行维护。   Render overtimes or change time schedule as the situation may require. 当工作需要时，要加班或换班。   Trouble- shoots electrical-related problems within the Hotel. 排除酒店内的与电相关的故障。   Make sure that proper illumination in and out of the building  are in proper order at all times. 岗位职责 1.负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。 2.严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。 3.负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。 4.保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。 5.每日检查楼宇自控系统运行情况，按要求及时调整灯光的开关时间。 6.中控室晚班值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理。 7.每日对酒店的水、电、煤气等能耗情况做好统计。 岗位要求 1.高中以上文化程度；两年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。 3.掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。 4.有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。 5.身体健康，精力充沛。
