Position Overview
The Server is the biggest asset as they are here to learn on exceeding guest expectations by offering defect free experience. They represent the restaurant, the Resort and Capella hotel brand and must be impeccably groomed with good posture and competent communications skills. The position shall not only know the products and services provided but also shall be able to answer any question the guest may have about restaurants and the Resort. The main responsibility of the server is to support his colleagues in caring for all their guests to ensure they are all provided with personalized, effective service.

The Role
Assigned tables in the restaurant must be well maintained and neatly set up according to the meal period set up at all times.

Serves food and beverage to guest according to service standards and procedures of restaurant service.
根据服务标准和服务流程为宾客提供食品及酒水
Cleans and maintains all service equipment and assigned area.

Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurant including preparation.

Takes accurate orders for all guests according to the given standard and practices suggestive selling to boost outlet sales.

Keeping the Team Leader updated on the challenges, orders, guest satisfaction, guest preferences and special requests.

Performs the other tasks assigned by the Manager or Team Leader, whenever necessary.
