岗位职责 Job Responsibility
1、 接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决。
Accept online and offline customers' booking demands for the hotel and properly solve them.
2、 接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,予以解答并作好相关记录。
Answering customers' inquiries on hotel and other product information, answering them and making relevant records.
3、 熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。
Be familiar with the procedure of room reservation and provide the latest and most accurate information to the guests.
4、 落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
Confirm the list of "no-show guests" and daily team cancellations.
5、 调节和控制房间预订、销售。
Adjust and control room reservation and sales.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1、 有一定的沟通能力,口齿清晰、开朗自信,有较强的语言表达能力和人际沟通能力;
Good communication skills, clear, cheerful and confident, strong language expression and interpersonal communication skills;
2、 大专以上学历,普通话标准,谈吐礼貌,声音甜美;
College degree or above, standard Mandarin, polite conversation, sweet voice;
3、 熟练掌握基本办公软件操作,打字熟练;
Familiar with basic office software operation and typing;
4、 具有国际酒店相关工作经验者优先;
International hotel related working experience is preferred;
5、 具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神。
Excellent service consciousness and professional dedication.
6、英语流利
Fluent in English.
