Main responsibilities主要职责                                                 1.     Fully understand the operation of the Engineering department, familiar with all the plants and equipment with their function, operation process, and safety aspect, be possessed of the necessary technical skill and knowledge. 了解酒店及本部门的运作程序，熟悉各部门职能，对工程部所属设备的性能、用途、操作程序、安全规程非常了解、熟悉，并有丰富的专业知识。 2.     Inspect the major equipment on the spot in the morning, at noon and at night, take immediate measure to rectify any deficiency or incident happened. 早、午、晚班对系统主要设备现场检查，发现问题立即组织处理。 3.     To inform the Chief Engineer or Duty Engineer, and attend immediately any incident or break down of equipment that will affect the normal hotel operation.. 当重要设备发生故障或影响正常营业时，通知总工或值班工程师。 4.     Responsible for his shift operations. 负责当班期间所有日常工作。 5.     To ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are carried out according to schedule during the shift. 确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。 6.     To receive, dispatch and follow up of all repair and job orders, maintenance orders. 接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单和维修单。 7.     Recording daily in Log-books of all maintenance and repair work completed, and uncompleted reason in special note book. 在日常的记录本上记录下所有完成的维修工作，未完成的要注明原因。 8.     Handles technical drawings, duty logs, records and store in inventory. 处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。 9.     Electrical distribution system such as incoming power supply, main and sub-switch panels, lighting, neon signs, electrical meters and equipment,  sockets and plugs, electrical wiring and conduits, emergency generators, Civil job in whole hotel area. 在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗、注重环境保护的新概念。 10.  To supervise all important repair and renovation project, ensure the progress and quality meet the departmental standard. 现场督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。 11.  Monitor and coordinate with the outside contractor that carrying out work in our hotel, and ensure the quality is up to hotel standard. 监督、协助外来施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。 12.  To supervise and spot check that his subordinates have carried out the work in the most practical, skillful and economical way. 实地检查下属员工的工作质量与效率，发现问题及时纠正。 13.  Examine the report forms, figure out the abnormity and analyze the reason to put an end to the waste. 审阅运行报表，发现异常，分析原因及时杜绝浪费现象。 14.  Superintend and direct the subordinates to perform as per operation regulations and rules strictly. 督导下属员工严格执行操作规程及规章制度。 15.    Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor 完成上级交代的其他任务。   Profile概述                                                                       Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验                        1.      Should have 2 years in supervising level in hotel and relevant area.必须有酒店或相关公司2年的主管经验。 2.      Graduated from high middle school, college will be added advantage.高中毕业文凭。大专毕业将优先考虑。 3.      Technician abilities and skills.拥有技工的能力和技术。 4.      Language-English and Chinese.语言 – 英语和中文。 I hereby confirm having read the duties and agree to perform these duties as set out in the Job Description to the required standards.

岗位职责 1、负责管理酒店内所有电视、音响、监控、通讯及其它弱电设备设施的维修保养。 2、管理酒店范围内所有弱电设备设施的安会操作程序和维修保养范围按要求进行。 3、保证酒店背景音乐、电视节目的正常播放以及电话的畅通。 4、接受和完成值班室的运行调度和日常维修工作指令。 5、按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议。 岗位要求 1、熟悉酒店的弱电设备设施和维修服务工作要求，能熟练地对弱电有关设备设施进行维修、保养。 2、热爱本职工作、勤恳好学，组织纪律性强，文明礼貌。 3、身体健康，精力充沛。

主要功能 ： 主要负责本专业系统及协助酒店各系统的维修保养，及时处理设备故障。确保每个系统正常运行，以及相应设备正常工作。 责任概要: 1.协助楼宇服务工程师及助理楼宇服务工程师完成每天工作分派，确保酒店所有系统可靠运作，以及所有机电设备安全运行。 2.负责系统的运行，做到及时预防和正确维修。对设备备品备件进行检查清点。 3.协助参与每个系统的维修保养，并能熟悉其中相关设备的作用、位置、以及安全装置等。能提出问题的解决方法和改进建议。 工作任务: 1.酒店机电设备正常，运行可靠，保养到位，出现故障及时尽能解决。 2.负责检修和维护好电话、监控、消防、卫星电视及音响系统。 3.确保供电、供热、供冷、给排水及消防系统运作正常。 4.负责酒店大楼各通道、梯间、仓库、客房及酒店范围内车道上路面标志之油漆工作。 5.负责修理酒店大楼内一切家具，并根据各部门需要，制造木制装饰品、木器或办公室家具。 6.确保例行保养检查落实并实施。 7.确保紧急停电时有效处理,并参加紧急召唤。 8.确保电气装置及电梯安全可靠运行。 9.确保厨房冷库、冰柜达到标准温度。 10.保证所有空调机房和新风机房清洁及电气控制良好。 11.巡视公共区域、客房温度湿度，有效控制好空调系统。 12.空调系统的送排风系统运行正常，包括卫生间、厨房的排风，皮带的松紧。 13.对生活水泵、消防水泵以及机械设备如管道支架、基础等进行必要维护。 14.定期巡视各区域的地漏排水口及隔油池，监督管理外单位及时修复疏通。 15.每天巡视检查洗衣房及厨房设备，及时跟进维修（或监督维保单位及时修复）。 16.对设备层做到每天巡视，发现安全隐患做到及时向上级反应、汇总、分析和解决。 17.按照楼宇服务工程师和助理楼宇服务工程师的指示，执行预防保养工作。 18.助理楼宇服务工程师休假时，主动承担其的工作，带领员工完成计划内工作或突发事件处理。 19.根据楼宇服务工程师及助理楼宇服务工程师的指示执行其他工作。 职位要求: 1.熟悉各专业系统工作原理,懂得思考问题,分析问题和解决问题。 2.熟悉末端设备故障检查方法。 3.熟悉系统管线走向,材料和尺寸,阀门种类,型号规格,作用和位置。 4.熟知系统安全措施及守则。 5.熟悉酒店系统设备，懂一般的机械加工方法。

工作描述 Job Description： 1. 对音频和视频设备、电话交换机、CCTV、 有线电视、消防设备和所有弱电相关的工作和活动提供相关的专业支持和维修保养。 Provide special expertise and handle all repair and maintenance of Audio and Video, PABX,CCTV, CATV, fire equipment and all weak voltage related work & activities. 2. 负责对各种类型的电子设备，如，功放、 麦克风、扬声器、录音和录像机及所有其他弱电设备和设施提供维修和相关服务。 Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of electronic equipment such as Amplifiers, Microphones, Loudspeakers, Tape and Video recorders and all others weak voltage equipment and facilities. 任职资格 Qualification: 1. 文化程度：中专及以上。 Education background: technical secondary school or above. 2. 工作经验：2年以上同岗位工作经验。（国际联号工作经验优先） Work experience：2 year similar position working experience.（work experience in international chain hotel as priority） 3. 有强烈的上进心、责任感与团队合作精神。 Strong aspiration，sense of responsibility and team spirit.

岗位职责 1.遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2.按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3.完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房；监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4.完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5.完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6.提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 岗位要求 1.1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.以锅炉工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3.五官端正。 4.身体健康，精力充沛。

R. form or by telephone call and rectifies as soon as possible if the job cannot be done or finished within his time schedule. 1.严格执行安全制度，并按操作规范进行操作，确保人身和系统设备的安全。 2.实时监控高、低压配电间和变压器间配电设备的运行状态，发现异常及时采取措施，定期对设备检查、维修、保养，确保正常供电。 3.做好动力、照明等电气设备的维修保养工作，保证电气设备、照明灯具等的正常使用，不能排除故障的要及时上报。 4.各项电气工作要严格做到：安装安全，使用正确，维修及时，拆卸彻底。 5.负责定期检查移动及半移动电具的安全绝缘，用具每半年进行一次耐压试验。 6.认真做好值班工作日记和设备运行记录。
