To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales
2. 清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。
To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan.
3. 监督和评估当下的市场销售活动及市场动态。
Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
4. 监督,指导销售团队确保其完成酒店营销目标。
To supervise, drive and monitor sales activities of the Sales Teams to ensure that they meet the goals of the hotel and marketing plan.
5. 协助有效销售工作的进行,确保对于潜在客户的全面覆盖,跟进的高效实行。
Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads.
6. 代表销售团队参与销售区域的划分,销售旅行的安排,如有新的潜在市场须向市场销售总监报告。
Participate in planning and executes sales coverage area/territory and sales trips on behalf of the Sales Team to major market areas, and report to Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential market areas that should be covere
7. 确保对于竞争者动向的时时关注。制定完整的有关竞争者价格,促销活动,入住率和销售策略的调查报告并每月更新。
Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities at all times. Updates on monthly basis, a full competitors’
survey on rates, promotions, and occupancy and sales strategies.
8. 确保销售人员按相关政策和规定及时回复客户需求。
To ensure the Sales Teams responds to all correspondence and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure
9. 协助及协调部门内部对于主要客户来访的接待工作。
Assist and coordinate with Sales Team in the execution of familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major clients.
10.代表酒店参与国内外各项销售活动。
Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.
11.保证已与客人确认的客房,宴会及餐饮服务在客人未到或在酒店入住时完成。
To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the hotel.
12.提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。
To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary
13.按政策在规定时间内迅速回复客人要求。
To answer and respond promptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect within the time limit set according to policy & procedure.
14.保持与潜在客户的联系沟通以期将来使其成为酒店真正的客户。
Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel.
15.与所有客户保持良好关系。
Maintain good relationship with all clients.
16.以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈。
Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
17.向客人提供最精确最更新的信息。
Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
18.与酒店各部门员工及所有客户保持良好的相互沟通和合作关系。
Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.
19.确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。
To ensure upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts)
20.对指定客户的数据信息做到每日更新。
To develop and maintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
21.向市场销售总监提交每周和每月报告。
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
