Major duties & responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for planning, controlling and coordination of all functional events as requested by the Management

2) Manage lyf Guards and other operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for residents
管理lyf掌柜和其他运营职能部门,为住客提供优质的服务标准,优化社区建设
3) Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections
定期对各运营部门进行监查,确保运营部门的正常运行和工作效率
4) Handle correspondences relating to residents, be it event notices or replying their enquiries
处理与住客相关的来往函件,包括事件通知与回应住客需求
5) Disseminate information and obtain feedback from residents
发布各项信息,并及时获取住客的反馈
1) Perform all duties as outlined in the operational policy and procedures, report or recommend any outstanding issues
履行运营政策与规程中的所有职责,对于未解决的问题及时提出意见或进行汇报
2) Preparation of required management reports
按要求准备管理报告
3) Review and update of operational procedures
审核并在必要时更新运营流程
4) Ensure that the local legal, labour, health and building requirements/regulations are met and maintained
确保运营符合当地的法律、劳动法、卫生条例和建筑要求与法规。
5) Manage execution of the Sales & Marketing plan of the property
管理物业营销计划的执行
6) Develop and establish new programs, service standards and control procedures in response to operational needs
根据运营需求,开发并建立新的规划、服务标准和管控章程
7) Organise operations meetings
组织运营会议
8) Perform all other assignments as directed by the Management.
完成上级领导交办的其他工作
9) Takes overall responsibility for financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives

Requirements:
· Diploma in Hospitality with at least 3-4 years in hospitality, of which 2 years should be in a supervisory position
酒店专业大专及以上文凭,在酒店行业有至少3-4年的经验,其中包含2年的酒店实际管理经验
· Candidate should be comfortable with numbers and financial functions.
对数字与财务知识具有敏锐度
· Knowledge of hospitality financial functions, including Revenue management, marketing plans, budget forecasting preferred

· Must be open minded e.g. to doing things differently from traditional hospitality industry
