财务回报 ·     贯彻执行成本控制体系，在不牺牲产品质量的前提下，减少浪费和其他损耗，避免成本过高。 ·     在确保标准食谱配料成本及时更新的基础上，对酒店存货进行盘点审计，了解价格和数量是否适当。 ·     根据酒店实际库存收发情况，建立最低存货量标准。 ·     每月跟进检查酒店仓库和各营业部门的经营设备和用具进行全面盘点。 ·     每月完成并审核经营设备和用具盘点表及破损和遗失报告。 ·     协助完成所有餐厅酒吧食品，酒水新菜牌的成本计算和定价。 ·     完成并审核每月餐饮成本报表和调整分析表，供管理层参考。 ·     确保所有成本部的工作复核酒店及洲际集团的标准。 员工团队 ·     负责部门员工的培训工作，确保员工培训需求的分析被执行。 ·     定期与员工进行交流并保持良好的人际关系。 ·     积极参与酒店及部门的各项培训及团队活动。 宾客体验 ·     遵循洲际品牌的标准，保证收货部的工作质量，满足营运部门的物品符合酒店及国家规定，让酒店客人有好的体验。 ·     拥有较高的产品与服务知识，更好的与供应商及相关部门沟通，完善工作，提高工作质量。 企业责任 ·     定期负责盘点抽查酒店的固定资产和营运物品是数量及报损丢失情况，保证业主公司的资产的完整。 积极参与酒店组织的各项社会活动。

岗位职责： 1.做好酒店的食品、饮料和其它物品的成本控制； 2.审核每天收货单，按入库货物的种类入帐，并编制记帐凭证； 3.审核领料单，按照出库货物的种类入帐，并根据各部门领货数量、金额等资料编制记帐凭证； 4.审核库房转来的报损单； 5.按期编制成本报告，汇总食品成本和酒水成本及分析报告； 6.每月期未结帐，对库存的物品、食品、酒水等进行盘点，保证数据真实准确； 7.参加市场调查； 8.根据酒店的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品的规格，数量及质量情况； 9.在办理验收手续后，及时通知有关部门取货； 10.跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品; 11.与采购部及供应商及时沟通解决相关货品问题。 职位要求： 1、大专及以上学历，财务、管理或相关专业背景，1年以上酒店成本管理经验，可接受应届毕业生/实习生。 2、熟悉公司的财务制度和流程，具备一定的财务知识。
