If any accident, takes direct control of affected systems and initiates remedial action as required immediately. 岗位职责： 1、负责酒店工程部工作，保证酒店设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。 2、负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店较大限度的节能、节支。 3、负责工程工作的日常管理及相关政府部门外联工作。 4、负责各部门沟通协调工作，能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 5、根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划。 6、分析工程项目报价单，对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收。 7、监督检查各项安全制度执行情况，保证安全制度的贯彻和落实。 岗位要求： 1、大专以上文化程度，5年以上酒店行业同岗位工作经验。 2、必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，具备消防专业知识。熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护等方面的政策与法规。 3、有强烈的事业心与责任感，遇事沉着冷静，责任心强 ，安全意识强。

SUMMARY: 概述： 工程经理合理安排负责项目工程部每个班次的日常工作，各系统日常巡查，例行维修保养等，合理规划及实施节约能源计划以及部门工作程序，配合客服部等组织完成客人提出的各类维修诉求，跟进各系统突发故障时应急处理，保证每个班次公寓的设施设备均正常运转，维护公寓正常运营。

具备建筑工程、室内设计等相关专业大学及以上学历，熟练掌握CAD及Office办公软件 能够编制工程进度计划、筹建复盘报告及汇报演示材料（PPT），维护项目全周期技术资料。 承担施工现场定期巡检，重点监督隐蔽工程、机电安装及客房装修质量，签发整改通知书并跟踪闭环。 协调加盟商、设计方及施工单位解决现场技术问题，提供施工指导，推动筹建节点按期达成。

确保酒店内各项设施运作正常，协调各班次之员工的工作及监督工程系统的有效运作。 确保各机房及机器得以正确保养，制订有关之定期保养安排并依据执行。 负责所有机械相关故障修理，利用有效分析及提供指导作即时维修。 确保提供快捷的服务予各部门，有效地与各部门（如餐饮部、管家部等）联系。 促进各类机械之安全操作，每日进行检查；每当机器运行效率低于标准时，提供改善建议；准备有关报告及依据做出建议；监察既定的方针及系统以确保在最经济的成本下达致最有效的操作。 维护部门要求的技术标准，监管在酒店内部工作的承建商工人之任务进展及与其他分部门联系的情况。 确保本部门之日常操作效率，编制值班表；提供培训予部门骨干员工；确保员工遵从酒店规章制度；有效地解决问题。
