职位描述 Job description1.在餐饮和厨房的各个分部管理和监督日常的酒店卫生标准,检查所有的操作设施设备是否符合食品安全标准和清洁卫生。Conduct daily walk thru to set standards of hygiene in food production areas and all F&B operating areas. Inspect equipment to insure safe handling and safe use and washing.2.提交所需原材料和物资供应的清单并给予上级审批。Initiate requisition for materials and supplies and present it for approval.3.保持和餐饮总监,厨师团体的密切联系并一起实施新的和有效的食品卫生安全条例。Liaise closely with Director of F&B and Chef Team for new methods of good hygiene practice and safe food handling. 4.监督所有分部门的卫生记录表并进行有效合理的整改。Monitor daily hotel wide hygiene log books of all sections; carry out all reasonable duties as assigned by management.5.熟悉安全保障,突发事件和急救的程序及步骤,检查食品的质量和食品加工者是否按要求处理食品。Be familiar with safety, emergency and first aid procedures; supervise food items for correct quality and handling of goods.6.完成酒店分配的其它任务。Complete other duties as assigned.任职要求 Qualification1.中等学历。Secondary School2.食品安全专业者优。。Hygiene certificate required3.

岗位职责1.负责编制餐饮部所需餐具和用具的年度预算。    2.根据各餐厅餐具的盘点情况,负责于采购部门沟通,提出器具购置计划,保证及时补充餐具。3.管理各点餐具的使用情况,分析损耗的原因,提出降低损耗的建议。4.负责做好餐具用具的保管、发放、回收工作,负责厨房区域的环境卫生。5.负责对下属员工的考勤考核工作,督导员工做好安全工作。6.负责酒店的食品安全卫生管理及培训岗位要求1.大专以上的文化程度或同等学历。2.熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格,懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法。3.熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法,熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法,了解它们的维修保养方法。4.有较强的责任心,工作认真踏实。5.身体健康,精力充沛。
