1.Under the direction of the Director or his/her delegate, and within the limits of established Sofitel Qingdao Policies and Procedures, handles all administrative work and maintains office in perfect order and clean condition.Maintain goodrelationshipbetween the  epartment and other departments in the hotel. To prepare all office supplies and minimize costs for operating F&B office e.g. paper supplies, printing supplies, stationary etc.. 2.Handle day-to-daywork of the department including printing, typing, E-mail, fax,telephone, and filing. 3.Establish and maintain working relationships between effective employees and inter-departments.4.Arrange internal/external appointments for Director of F&B.5.Control stock and consumption and order stationary, printed material and office supplies.6.Distribute and circulate memos, letters, and other written information. 1.接受部门总监的管理,并受酒店制度和方式的约束,处理指定的工作并保持办公室的整齐和整洁。处理好本部门和其他部门之间的关系,准备办公室的一切用品,控制办公室用品的成本。2.完成每天的工作,包括打印文件,接收邮件,收发传真,接听电话和文件存档。 3.建立员工和部门之间的相互合作关系。4.帮助餐饮部总监安排内部和外部的接待。5.控制办公室用具的使用及成本6.处理文件,以及其他信息。
