2020年1月9日,舟山香格里拉一期项目正式开业,将闻名于世的香格里拉殷勤待客之道和标志性餐饮带到舟山。该一期项目将为本地市场及到访舟山的客人打造以独立餐厅 “拾捌香潮” 和高端宴会服务为主打的全新体验。香格里拉还在第一期开业的28间客房中试用了新的智能酒店技术。
In January 2020, Shangri-La Group brought its legendary “Hospitality from the Heart” and signature culinary experiences to Zhoushan. Under Phase I of the project development, Shangri-La present an entirely new hotel experience and product mix by focusing on its standalone food and beverage outlet - CHAO No.18 and its premium event-catering business. Shangri-La also pilot its new smart hotel technology in the 28 guestrooms in the Phase I opening.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Staff Canteen to join our team.
工作概述:
1、负责员工餐厅每日餐食的烹饪制作,确保菜品口味、质量和卫生符合标准;
2、根据菜单计划准备食材,合理控制成本,避免浪费;
3、保持厨房设备、用具及工作区域的清洁与消毒,符合食品安全规范;
4、协助制定每周菜单,确保营养均衡、菜品多样化;
5、按时完成备餐工作,保证员工用餐准时供应;
6、定期检查食材库存,及时补充所需物资;
7、配合上级完成其他临时安排的厨房相关工作。
岗位要求:
1、具备基础的烹饪技能,能独立完成家常菜、面点等制作;
2、了解食品安全与卫生标准,持有健康证;
3、工作认真负责,具备良好的团队协作能力;
4、能适应餐饮行业的工作节奏,吃苦耐劳;
5、有员工餐厅或集体食堂工作经验者优先考虑。

MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Oversee all team member canteen affairs and prepareexquisite meals, creating an unforgettable experience for the team members. Youare also required to consistently ensure that the meal quality, kitchenmaintenance, and inventory meet our high standards, guaranteeing the smoothoperation of the kitchen at all times.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格

• At least two years of work experience in the sameposition.

• Exposure to industry which required high service standard.

• Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstratedleadership.
