【岗位职责】 1、领导开展康乐部工作； 2、巡视酒店康乐场所，确保营业的正常进行。 3、抽查各种设施，确定能正常营业。 4、抽查员工上岗情况，确定设备正常运作；对人员、物资、服务质量、安全、防火负全责。 5、处理重大宾客投诉，尽量满足宾客要求，维护酒店利益。 6、对员工进行培训，并制定相关管理规范，保证服务质量。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。 2、掌握酒店基础管理知识，懂得成本管理与核算，熟悉康乐设施管理，了解市场营销学和公关知识。 3、熟悉工商管理法规、治安消防条例及音像管理规定。 4、具有级织，指挥、计划、控制和协调能力。 5、有拓展市场，发展业务的能力。 6、有较好的文字组织和语言组织表达能力。

Highly visible position and as such the Manager is responsible to coordinate all programming & events to greet guests and promote through good human relations a professional image especially where dealing with special request and complaints. Responsible to assist DOSR for the efficient and cost-effective functioning of programming & activities and to work closely organize different activities and events in the Department.  To work closely with Kerry Sports Membership Sales Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the whole department.
