Job Summary:To administer policies and procedures, oversee and monitor theRecreation Department, assist in promoting and marketingthe facility, and provide personal attention to the guests. on behalf of the Recreation when necessary.Ø  Operational1.         Ensures through effective supervision that all services offered in the Recreation are always available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the Recreation Departmental Operations Manual.2.         Maintains a high profile within the Recreation by becoming involved with the activities, becoming a model competency-based approach to selecting Team members.2.         Oversees the punctuality and appearance of all Recreation Team members, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.3.         Ensures a strong professional relationship with all levels of Team members
