【岗位职责】 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、向部门领导报告发现的安全问题。 3、对酒店员工和保安部员工进行消防安全培训。 4、检查消防设备，协调工程部使消防设备处于良好状态。 【岗位要求】 1、按照要求对饭店区域的巡视与消防检查。 2、在饭店区域进行专项的消防安全检查，发现和消除隐患。 3、对饭店备用钥匙的管理，执行酒店钥匙管理的规定。 4、执行部门对外来访客及施工人员的管理政策。 5、与工程部和供应商积极的协调，使中控设备处于良好的状态。 6、对来店的重要宾客的安全保卫。 7、建立和管理保安部内部消防档案。 8、对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报保安部经理。

【岗位职责】 1、协助防损部经理制定和完善部门的安全管理制度和应急预案，确保酒店内部安全有序； 2、负责组织和实施酒店的安全培训工作，提高员工的安全防范意识和应急处理能力； 3、定期开展安全检查，及时发现并排除安全隐患，保障酒店设施设备的正常运行； 4、配合相关部门处理突发事件，及时响应并采取有效措施控制事态发展。 【岗位要求】 1、具备3年以上星级酒店或相关行业安防管理工作经验，熟悉相关法律法规和安全标准； 2、具备较强的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能够独立处理复杂问题； 3、具备良好的沟通能力和应变能力，能够有效应对各种突发情况； 4、对安全工作有高度的责任心和敬业精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
