1.Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

任职资格:
1.1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
1年相关工作经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
2.Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by HRD
其他工作按照人力资源总监的要求完成。
维护人事系统中,确保记录准确的员工信息
Maintain the personnel system to ensure accurate recording of employee information.
严格遵守酒店的政策和程序。
Complies with hotel’s Policies & Procedures.
协助招聘工作,联系求职者以备面试;筛选合适的简历,安排约见面试。
Assist in recruitment work, contact job seekers for interview preparation, screening suitable resumes and scheduling interviews.
协助完成新员工的入职及离职相关手续的办理。
Assist in completing the procedures related to the onboarding and resignation of new employees.
协助完成对于员工认知计划的协调工作。
Assists with the coordination of the associate recognition programmes.
任职资格 Qualification
1、招聘酒店前台、餐饮、总机、礼宾实习生。
Recruit Front Desk,F&B ,Call Center , Concierge interns.
2、应届毕业生。
Graduates
3、至少在岗六个月以上,可开具实习鉴定。
At least six months of work, can issue an internship appraisal.
4、工作认真负责,热爱酒店业。
Serious and responsible work, love the hotel industry.
