Main responsibilities主要职责                          1. Responsible for arrange and notice interview and record it.负责安排、通知应聘者面试,并做好登记。2. Handles new talent check in procedure including making and distributing talent ID cards and name tags.办理新人才的报到手续,包括人才工作证、名牌的制作和发放。3. Conduct reference check for confirmed candidates.拟录用人员的背景调查.4. Distribution and management of talent locker.人才更衣柜的发放和管理。5. Internal talent files setting up, updating and management.人才档案的建立、更新和管理。6. Verifies and records talent overtime, and prepare monthly overtime summary report, record sick leave and unpaid leave.人才加班的复核、统计,编制每月加班汇总表以及病事假的登记。7. Check monthly attendance record of each department and complete Talent & Culture monthly attendance record.负责各部门考勤的审核及本部门的月度考勤. 8. Assist in talent activities organization.协助组织人才活动。9. Prepare monthly EOM voting form.准备月度优秀人才的选举汇总表等。10. Responsible for talent canteen meal recording and canteen coupon issuing.人才餐厅就餐统计及就餐券的发放。11. Control and follow-up talent medical certificates.人才健康证的管理和跟进12. Talent & Culture internal fairs, including purchasing items and stationary receiving and distribution.人才与文化部内勤工作,包括打采购申请和文具的申领等。13. Assist in Training Manager handling some routine work协助培训经理做培训方面的事务性工作14. Other work assigned to her.    其他交办的工作Position Requirement 岗位要求:1. College degree or above大专以上学历2.
