1. Prepared monthly and annual personnel reports (staff turnover and staff number).制定月度和年度人事报告(员工流动及员工数)。2. Manage and follow up employee changes, and make personnel changes (post transfer or promotion) when necessary.管理并跟进员工变动,需要时做出人员变动(调岗或晋升)。3. Responsible for the staff entry project.负责进行员工入职项目。4. Confirm the probation period of employees and evaluate the performance of all employees (probation period, semi-annual period and annual period).确认员工试员期并对管理所有员工的工作表现评估(试用期、半年度、年度)。5. Manage and renew employee labor contracts.管理并续签员工劳动合同。6. Manage employee disciplinary documents.管理员工纪律处分文档。7. Employee dimission: arrange the dimission interview and confirm the last working day with the department director.员工离职:安排离职面谈,与部门总监确定最后工作日8. Check the personnel change sheet and resignation letter signed by the staff, department director, hr director, finance director and general manager.检查人事变动表和辞职信等已经过员工、部门总监、人力资源总监、财务总监和总经理的签署。9. Prepare the resignation handover form and distribute it to the following departments: finance department, uniform room, computer room and training department.准备离职交接表并分发至以下部门:财务部、制服房、电脑房和培训部。10.
