1.负责燃料节约、水电节约，水质的质量验收和评估。 2.按照操作规程，做好水质管理确保锅炉的安全运行。 3.做好锅炉及其附属设备（包括分汽缸的阀门、供水泵水处理设备）的维护保养和年度检修工作。 4.按照规定做好巡视，并做好各种运行参工作，做到文明生产。 5.不断学习新技术，提高司炉水数的记录。 6.做好锅炉房日常维护保养平，做到勤检查，勤调节，保持锅炉压力稳定，做好节能工作。 7.需持有锅炉工证。

职位描述 1.遵守操作规程及公司规章制度。 2.负责公寓设备设施日常运行及安全操作管理，巡查及相关记录的填写； 3.按预防性维护保养计划，完成机电设备、客房及公共区域的维护保养工作。 4.完成临时性工作任务安排； 5.对公寓区域内的外包维修工作予以跟进监管。 6.完成客房以及宾客提出的报修工作。 任职资格： 1、35周岁以上， 2、吃苦耐劳，有责任心。 3、有工程维修类工作经历者优先，有高压电工证者优先。
