Recruit talent according to hotel manning.
Assist in establishing standard policies and proceduresfor recruitment.
Develop and implement recruitment and screening system.
Release and update recruitment information on website.
Conduct interview every day. And arrange and appoint interview.
Perform other related duties and special projects asassigned by superiors.
Coordinate functions and activities with otherdepartments.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Good computer skills.
Familiar with hotel recruitment daily work procedure.
Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.
Work earnestly, responsibly and carefully.
Accepting fresh graduates with relevant internship experience is preferred.
