SCOPE
Overseeing
all matters related to digital marketing for the
hotel. Promote the brand of Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai to the Chinese and
International media and consumers through positive publicity, suitable social
media content and appropriate awareness campaigns. Work with F&B, culinary, Spa and Revenue
department to create more online promotions drive sales and maximises profit on
different online social media and channels.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing communications plans that guide the delivery of initiatives to the sales value chain including end users that help reach corporate goals and strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive and integrated marketing communication campaigns for Kempinski across all channels, including events, trade shows, digital, media relations and social media.
Collaborate with cross functional teams particularly with Sales and Marketing leaders and product managers to develop strong tools, impactful messaging, identify channels and platforms that effectively communicate our value propositions to customers.
Plan and manage the budget, continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs including PR, advertising, digital marketing and campaigns.
To protect the correct image and positioning of the hotel and Brand by meeting corporate standards in all collateral and advertising material.
