【岗位职责】
1.
Organize monthly Community Foot
Print Activities according to annual plan we made.
根据年度计划组织月度社区足迹活动。
2.
Responsible and organize Take Care
Activities, ensure to achieve higher level of TakeCare Certificate.
负责并组织员工关爱活动,并确保取得关爱证书高级别成绩。
3.
Handle employee work injury, make
sure all the cases are reported to work injury office / Insurance Company and
follow up base on the SOP and law in a timely manner.
根据当地法律和酒店相关程序及时处理,申报员工工伤,并跟进相关事宜。
4.
Complete and submit HR related
reports from corporate or owner in a timely manner.
在规定期限前完成并提交总部或业主要求的相关报表。
5.
Casual labor application, attendance
and payment management, and cost control and analysis.
各部门临时用工的申请,考勤和付款的管理,以及成本控制分析。
6.
Complete Labor yearly check.
完成酒店劳动用工年检事宜。
7.
Handicapped recruitment yearly
report submission.
完成残疾人年审的相关工作。
8.
Special working system yearly
application.
完成酒店特殊工时制的年申报。
9.
Employee Labor contract renewal.
员工劳动合同的管理和更新。
10.
Employee personal file maintenance.
员工档案的维护。
11.
Employee probation, performances
review tracking.
员工试用期评估,年中评估和年度评估的跟踪。
12.
Monitor employee attendance, Social
insurance & Housing fund, and Expat visa processor.
监管员工考勤,福利以及外籍人员签证工作。
13.
Employee medical checkup renewal.
员工健康证更新。
14.
EDR Dormitory and Clinic Management,
yearly activity, monthly cost and review.
监管员工宿舍,员工食堂和医务室相关工作(年度活动安排,月度成本分析和预览)
15.
Hotel Union Related activities, cost
tracking and process.
完成酒店工会相关工作和事宜(活动,费用和流程更新)。
16.
Back of house, employee facilities
management.
酒店后区,员工设备设施的检查和管理。
17.
Review and update current hotel
policy/SOP in Personnel aspect in a timely manner. Assist DOHR to make
relevant policy or regulation based on hotel actual condition and avoiding
potential labor risks.
回顾和更新现有员工关系方面的酒店政策SOP。根据酒店运用情况和规避劳动风险,协助人力资源总监制定相关的政策或规定。
18.
Apply unemployment allowance yearly
for the Hotel.
每年为酒店申请稳岗补贴。
19.
Assist DOHR to deal with employee
case properly in compliance with local law & regulations.
协助人力资源总监妥善处理员工事件,确保符合当地法律法规要求。
20.
Cultivate the follower for his
career development, ensure he has big picture with career goal and have well
done in his work.
培养下属的职业发展,确保下属有清晰的职业目标并能很好的完成工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历;
2、3年以上相关工作经验,至少2年以上薪酬管理实施经验;
3、熟练掌握人力资源专业绩效、薪酬福利等领域,掌握薪酬设计方法,了解现代企业薪酬福利管理体系设计方法和薪酬福利管理流程,熟悉薪酬福利保险等方面的法律法规;
4、为人正直,忠诚守信,工作严谨,保密性强;
5、逻辑思维能力强,数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析,具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
