【岗位职责】 1.负责餐厅餐具、厨具的清洗、消毒及整理工作，确保符合卫生标准； 2.保持洗碗区域整洁有序，及时清理工作台面及地面水渍； 3.协助厨房进行基础食材预处理工作； 4.定期检查洗碗设备运行状态，及时上报维修需求； 5.严格执行食品安全操作规范。 【岗位要求】 1.身体健康，持有有效健康证，体力良好，有相关经验为佳； 2.熟悉清洁流程，能独立完成餐具消毒工作； 3.工作细致认真，有团队协作意识。

工作地点：昆明北市区-昆明惠玥温德姆酒店 岗位职责 - 做好餐厅的服务工作，包括： - 分类和存储设备。 - 保持玻璃器皿、餐具、瓷器的清洁以备使用。 - 准备服务台。 - 准备服务设备和材料。 - 协助餐台的准备工作。 - 按发出的存货检查使用的存货。 - 记录更换的存货。 - 按酒店的制度记账。 - 建立和保持良好的员工关系。 - 出席并参与每日的例会和其他会议。 -完成上级布置的其他任务。 - 拥有食品服务经验并具有餐厅运营的一般性知识者优先考虑。

中餐厅服务员（可接受实习生） - Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures 按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。 - Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information 与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。 - Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships 与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。 - Attends and participates in daily briefings and outlet meeting 参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议。 - Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled 参加和参与计划好的培训课程。 - Ensure music is on at standard level / volume 确保音乐是按照餐厅的标准进行播放。 - Ensure lighting is on at standard level 确保灯光是按照餐厅的标准进行开关以及照明。 - Trays and tray jacks are cleaned and effectively used 有效的利用托盘和托盘架 - Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard 咖啡茶的服务与标准一致 - Outlet equipment is clean and in good working condition 设备干净 - Equipment is cleaned, sorted and stored in designated area 设备分类且存放好 - Glassware is cleaned and polished and stored in designated area 玻璃器皿擦亮 - Flatware is cleaned and polished and stored in designated area 擦亮餐具 - China is cleaned and polished and stored in designated area 清洁瓷器 - Waiter stations are prepared according to standard 准备好服务台 - Cutlery is placed for buffet and table service is cleaned and polished 摆放好自助餐桌上的餐具 - Tables are pre- set and re-set after each meals 摆设好餐台 - Reservations are read and familiarized 阅读并熟悉预订 - Special occasions and promotion are read and familiarized 准备好特别活动 - Guests are greeted and seated with a smile 迎宾并安排客人就坐 - Daily specials are explained and upsold 说明并推销每日特价 - Food orders are processed accurately 准确的下餐单 - Food orders are taken quickly 快速的为客人写餐单 - Used ashtrays are clean regularly. Change with every 3 butts 定时清理用过的烟灰缸，标准不超过3个烟头。 - Beverages are upsold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations 遵守酒精饮料服务归定，推销饮料并定时为客人续酒。 - Converse with Guests about wines promotion, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine 与客人谈论葡萄酒，建意葡萄酒的品种和风格，写单和为客人送酒 - Promoting and up-selling of signature food and beverages to guests 向客人推销部门招牌食品以及饮品。 - Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints 正确处理客人的投诉。
