You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's Purpose throughout the hotel.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

1) Assist Training Manager to find out, analysis and determine the hotel training needs.

2) Prepare and organize New Staff Orientation.
新员工入职培训的准备和组织工作。
3) Assist Training Manager to design and conduct some training courses as per the hotel training needs.
协助培训经理根据酒店培训需求设计培训课程,并教授部分课程。
4) Responsible for internal fairs of training section, including recording and updating hotel and staff training information, training facilities management, and training materials preparation.

5)Following up and checking departmental training and feedback to Training Manager and Director of Human Resource in time.

1) Responsible for staff Notice Board, update information on Notice Board in time.

3) Make record of staff Annual Leave and work out monthly annual leave summary report.
员工年假的统计,每月编制年假汇总报表。
4) Assist Training Manager to organize staff birthday party every month.

协助培训部经理在酒店实施培训活动、支持酒店的经营目标及持续的管理目标以及创造保持良好的企业文化。协调酒店一般培训,部门培训,语言培训及电脑培训等。保留并更新培训数据和资料。做培训并协助其他员工进行培训。
专业知识技能:
l 至少一年相关经验或大专及以上学历
l 基本培训技巧,如语言培训等。
l 好的沟通技巧,流利的英语说、写能力
