岗位职责 1.督导会计部、成本控制部的业务操作。 2.起草各种管理制度，落实各有关制度 3.负责酒店的财产管理。 4.检查各种财务报告的及时、正确性，向集团财务总监呈报会计报表。 5.检查各项税金的上缴，加强与财政部门的业务联系，协调外部关系，取得有关信息。 6.配合各级外部审计查账工作，审核检查所有对外编报的数据及财务报表，确保无误方可报出。 任职资格 1.财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历。 2.具有3年以上财务负责人工作经验，3年以上四星级及以上财务岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式。 3.具有丰富的酒店财务管理、营运分析、成本控制的经验和技巧。 4.熟练运用会计电算化，熟练使用ERP财务软件。 5.工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。 6.良好中英文书写和口头表达能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，对酒店忠诚度高。

会计岗位职责： 1、依据社区规章制度及流程规范，严格控制各类往来账核算，确保无坏账产生； 2、负责各类往来单据的流转跟进工作，审查凭证入账的原始凭证是否真实有效； 3、负责核算社区居民月费及消费挂账的应收账款，并下发相关催收账单； 4、负责核实银行刷卡机明细，核实银行到账信息，并在销售系统中确认收款； 5、负责每月与供应商对账，并负责审核发票，办理付款手续； 6、对于每月各类往来账款，分析其账龄，发现异常及时上报相关部门和领导； 7、负责编制餐饮成本及物料消耗费用分析报告，负责每天提交餐饮成本分析日报； 8、负责监督和控制各部门物料费用预算执行情况； 9、负责每月参与重要物资的盘点监盘工作，负责控制库存，减少库存积压，必要时支持部分库管工作，确保一级仓库的正常运转； 10、完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、统招本科及以上学历；财务管理、会计、经济相关专业优先。 2、2年以上总账会计相关工作经验。 3、熟悉会计法、经济法、税法等经济法规及财务制度；熟悉财务系统。 4、熟练使用电脑和办公软件； 5、坚忍不拔，敬业奉献，有持续学习能力，有较强的服务意识； 6、严谨细致，具有较强的责任心及原则性。 财务主管岗位职责：  1、归集汇总各部门月度资金计划，落实并跟进资金计划执行情况，完成各会计科目的月结、年结稽核工作；  2、管理社区各类收款付款单据，凭证入账并审核，进行现金盘点工作，对现金、银行存款情况进行每日记录；  3、管理社区备用金，保证备用资金充足，为社区资金良性运转提供保障；  4、制作社区居民消费账单，向管家部或护理部提交相关账单并进行催缴；  5、负责完成费用报销预算审核工作，审查各种原始凭据；  6、负责完成总账工作，按时完成并上报各类报表、预算分析资料、财务分析报告等；  7、负责定期开展常规及专项内控工作检查；  8、采购稽核：稽核采购价格，审核采购订单，定期抽查采购信息，整改、上报异常情况；  9、负责接收、保管、归档各类合同；  10、完成领导交办的其他工作。   任职要求：  1、统招本科及以上学历；财务管理、会计、经济相关专业  2、3年及以上财务、会计主管工作经验。有筹开经验优先。  3、熟悉会计法、经济法、税法等经济法规及财务制度。熟悉财务系统搭建和使用。  4、熟练使用电脑和办公软件  5、坚忍不拔，敬业奉献，有持续学习能力，有较强的服务意识；  6、严谨细致，具有较强的责任心及原则性。

工作职责：组织领导公司的财务、成本、投融资、会计核算及监督、财务分析等方面的工作。 任职要求： 1、本科（含）以上学历，3年以上财务管理经验（大公司或集团经验优先），会计中级职称。 2、熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理、会计电算化、相关法律法规。 3、出色的财务分析、融资和资金管理能力。 有大局观，良好的组织、协调能力，良好的表达能力和积极团队合作精神，团队管理能力。 薪资6-8K/月，上班时间8:30-12:00,14:00-18:00，月休大小休。
