岗位职责 1.负责管理酒店内所有电视、音响、监控、通讯、消防安全设施及其它弱电设备设施的维修保养,保证酒店背景音乐、电视节目的正常播放以及电话的畅通。 2.管理酒店范围内所有弱电设备设施的安会操作程序和维修保养范围按要求进行。 3.配合领班制定弱电设备设施的年度、月度的预防性维修保养计划，提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。 4. 定期检测各系统的运行情况，负责线路检查、设备清洁，防止尘埃、虫害的损害，确保设备正常运转。 5. 建立健全设备档案，及时做好维修、保养的记录并存档。 6. 及时了解、掌握技术和设备信息，不断提高工作质量。 7.配合每月一次的例行消防设备的检测演习，发现问题及时解决。 8.完成上级安排的任务。

1.负责燃料节约、水电节约，水质的质量验收和评估。 2.按照操作规程，做好水质管理确保锅炉的安全运行。 3.做好锅炉及其附属设备（包括分汽缸的阀门、供水泵水处理设备）的维护保养和年度检修工作。 4.按照规定做好巡视，并做好各种运行参工作，做到文明生产。 5.不断学习新技术，提高司炉水数的记录。 6.做好锅炉房日常维护保养平，做到勤检查，勤调节，保持锅炉压力稳定，做好节能工作。 7.需持有锅炉工证。

一、工作内容 1. 负责酒店高低压配电、发电机、照明、插座、动力设备等强电系统日常巡检、保养与记录。 2. 处理跳闸、短路、灯具/开关故障、供电异常等维修抢修，保障正常供电。 3. 执行电气安全操作，配合停电检修、应急发电、消防及电力部门检查。 4. 填写值班、维修、保养记录，管理工具与备件。 二、任职要求 1. 持有效低压电工证，高压证优先。 2. 熟悉强电维修，有酒店/物业电工经验优先。 3. 能看懂电路图，独立排查常见电气故障。 4. 能接受轮班/夜班，安全意识强，服从管理，责任心强。

【岗位职责】 1、负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。 2、严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。 3、负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。 4、保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。 5、每日检查楼宇自控系统运行情况，按要求及时调整灯光的开关时间。 6、中控室晚班值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理。 7、每日对酒店的水、电、煤气等能耗情况做好统计。 【岗位要求】 1、中专以上文化程度；一年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。 3、掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。 4、有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

· 日常巡检与抄表（基本功）：按规定路线巡查配电房、水泵房、空调机房、锅炉房，记录电压、电流、水压、温度等数据，发现异常（如异响、异味、跑冒滴漏）立即上报师傅，这是实习生最主要的安全防线。 · 客房报修处理（动手活）：接到派单后携带工具包上门，处理常见小故障，如换灯泡、修马桶漏水、通地漏、调电视机信号、修门锁和窗帘轨道。处理不了时，准确向师傅描述现象，协助准备配件。 · 协助预防性维护（打下手）：配合师傅进行设备保养，如清洗空调过滤网、给水泵轴承加润滑油、检查配电箱螺丝紧固、清洁风机盘管翅片。 · 节能与能耗管理（意识）：根据光线开关公共区域照明，按季节时间调整电梯及大堂空调温度，抄录各部门水电表协助分析能耗。 岗位要求：电气，制冷等工程相关专业优先；

工作职责： 1. 负责工程设备的日常巡检、维护保养及故障处理，保障生产系统稳定运行； 2. 协助工程师完成技术方案实施、工艺调试、数据记录与分析等工作； 3. 严格执行安全操作规程和作业标准，及时报告安全隐患并参与整改； 4. 配合完成设备台账更新、维修记录归档及备件管理等基础技术文档工作； 5. 参与新设备安装、验收及操作培训支持，持续提升现场技术执行能力。 任职资格： 1. 机械、电气、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先； 2. 具备1年以上制造业或工业现场设备维护、装配或技术支持类工作经验； 3. 熟悉常用工具、仪器仪表使用，了解PLC基础控制逻辑或具备低压电工作业资格者优先； 4. 具备良好的动手能力、问题分析能力及团队协作意识； 5. 能适应生产现场工作环境，服从工作安排，无歧视性限制条件。

工作职责： 1. 负责生产设备的日常巡检、维护与基础故障处理，保障产线稳定运行； 2. 按照作业指导书执行设备安装、调试、保养及简单技改任务； 3. 配合工程师完成技术文档整理、维修记录填写及备件管理等支持性工作。 任职资格： 1. 高中及以上学历，具备1年及以上制造业设备操作或维修相关工作经验； 2. 熟悉常用工具及基本电气、机械原理，能识读简单图纸和操作规程； 3. 具备良好的安全意识、责任心和团队协作能力，能适应生产现场工作环境。

Receive dispatching quickly repair, major problems timely report for instructions. 定期巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题及时请示 汇报。  2、Responsible for wooden hotel equipment repair, requirement will blow be bored with child, Do primer, paint, paint spraying, polishing, etc. 负责酒店木质器材的修补，要求会刮腻子；会做底漆，面漆，喷漆，打磨等。  3、 Try best to keep the work scene tidy during the process of carrying out repair and maintenance work, especially try best not to disturb the guests in PA or the guestrooms in order not to receive complaints. 在维修保养的过程中尽量保持工作场地的整洁，特别在公共区域和客房中尽量避免打扰有关客人，以免受到 有关投诉。  4、Specialized tools and other tools & equipment should be used and kept well, especially preventing the occurrence of accidents when using carpenter machine. 合理使用和保管好专用工具和其它工具设备，特别是使用木工机械的时候防止事故发生。  5、 To perform other tasks assigned by Duty Engineer and concerned supervisors 随时执行值班工程师和有关主管安排的其它工作任务。  6、 To take records of all work content, work time every day with supervisor or captain’s signature for future inspection. 每天要记录好所有的工作内容、工作时间，并有领班或调度签字以备检查。  Responsible for the hotel decoration paint palette and paint work. 负责酒店装修的油漆调色及刷漆工作。  7、To ensure the cleanliness and neatness for plant rooms 要保证工作间的整齐整洁。  8、To implement concerned P & P strictly, and provide with good services any time. 严格执行有关制度，随时提供良好的服务。  9、Strictly prohibit using guest facilities and amenities 严禁使用客用有关设施。
